We ship most orders F.O.B. San Diego, California, unless otherwise indicated. Customers can select from the following service levels and carriers:

Real-Time Shipping Rates & Checkout Process
Our online shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs based on your address and selected carrier. You will see the charges before providing payment information.
Shipping on Your Own Carrier Account
If you prefer to ship using your own FedEx, UPS, or Freight account:
- Select "Ship with my account" at checkout.
- Enter your carrier account number and billing postal code in the special instructions field.
For LTL Freight shipments, you may also provide your preferred freight company and account number in the special instructions field.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
We strive to ship all orders the same business day when received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Expedited orders (2nd Day, Next Day) receive priority processing.
- Orders placed before 12 PM PT → Ship same day (when in stock).
- Orders placed after 12 PM PT → Ship the next business day.
- Weekend & Holiday orders → Processed the next business day.
- Expedited orders → Priority processing.

APO & FPO Military Addresses
Our checkout does not properly calculate shipping for APO and FPO addresses. If you need an order shipped to an APO/FPO address, please Contact Us with your full address, and we will provide a custom shipping quote.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
All customs duties, foreign taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the receiver and must be paid upon delivery.
Any unpaid duties, taxes, or fees will be charged to the credit card used for the order once the carrier provides an invoice. These fees may be delayed by 2 or more weeks after delivery but are due immediately upon receipt of the carrier's bill.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you can start a claim with the shipping carrier, or you can Contact Us, and we will facilitate the claim on your behalf.
