Returns & Exchanges Policy


Returns, exchanges, or requests for credit or refunds are subject to the following conditions and limitations:

Return Authorization & Process:

  • Any return, exchange, or request for a refund must be for unused and undamaged stock products and must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. To initiate a return, please complete the RMA Form.
  • No returns will be accepted without prior approval and an RMA number (RMA#).
  • Shipping charges on all returns must be prepaid by the buyer to our California location.
  • Returns not clearly marked with an RMA# or shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees & Packaging Requirements:

  • Products returned in original, unopened cartons are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Products returned without original packaging may be subject to additional charges for inspection and repackaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for proper packaging and insurance for return shipping. Any damage due to improper packaging will void eligibility for a refund.

Refunds & Non-Returnable Items:

  • Refunds or credits will be issued only after inspection and determination of the condition of the returned product.
  • Special Orders, Custom Orders, or any products modified by or for the buyer are non-refundable.
