The Pelican™ BlackBox 7U Rack Mount Case delivers rugged, lightweight protection for rack-mounted electronics and sensitive gear. Built from ultra-durable Black-463 blended resin, this 7U transport case is engineered to perform in demanding conditions while keeping your equipment safe and secure.

Inside, a 24" (61 cm) deep light-duty steel frame with a zinc black finish provides reliable mounting support for a wide range of electronics. The case incorporates eight elastomeric cylindrical shock mounts that are directly affixed to the case shoulders, offering superior shock absorption and vibration isolation during transport.

To ensure easy handling, the case is equipped with eight plastic comfort grip handles, allowing for multiple carry positions. Molded-in 3.25" (82.6 mm) edge casters offer smooth rolling mobility for fast setup and teardown in the field. Designed to support payloads of 80 to 100 lbs (36.3 to 45.4 kg), the Pelican BlackBox 7U is ideal for military, industrial, and broadcast applications.
