Constructed from high-impact polypropylene, the Pelican™ 1660 features a lightweight open-cell core with a solid wall design that delivers outstanding strength without added bulk. The watertight O-ring seal and Automatic Pressure Equalization Valve maintain internal pressure while keeping water and dust out—perfect for air travel and harsh environments.
The case includes stainless steel padlock protectors, easy-open Double Throw latches, and reinforced hardware for superior protection and peace of mind in transit or storage.
Heavy-Duty Mobility with 4 Rugged Wheels
Equipped with four polyurethane wheels and stainless steel bearings, the 1660 rolls smoothly across rough terrain. The retractable extension handle and dual fold-down side handles ensure easy handling by one or two people. Customize the interior with the optional 3-level Pick N Pluck™ foam system and convoluted lid insert for precision protection of sensitive gear.
